"For me, self-care means confronting yourself with stillness, meditating, and letting your thoughts wander by. How is my body doing? How am I doing, NOW? How do I feel right now?"
Asmaa is a cultural curator and the founder of Sboutiful, a fashion label celebrating unique, handcrafted, sustainable, and ethical African fashion. She is vital to the cultural scene in Germany. She has started many initiatives and organizations and founded UMOJA!, an intergenerational collective of Black, African and African-diasporic artists working for the empowerment of Black people. Asmaa started to curate projects, as well as being on stage with contemporary dance performances and music.
